Manager, Site Contracts Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, revise, and/or create processes and procedures for comprehensive site contract management within the organization at a regional level.

• Supervise a team of contract and budget associates.

• Allocate resources for new business initiatives, forecasting and planning for current and anticipated workloads.

• Engage in discussions regarding resource requirements and strategize for future site contract structures.

• Report on and manage contract metrics, including the productivity of the site contract function.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Identify and escalate complex issues with legal, finance, or supervisory teams for resolution.

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendment agreements.

• Supervise the execution of agreements at the portfolio level in accordance with each study contract plan.

• Oversee the upkeep of contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.

• Assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure timely contract execution.

• Represent the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in both internal and external meetings, including client interactions.

• Perform other assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Experience in Site Contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CRO).

• Proven experience in negotiating clinical trial agreements with major healthcare institutions in North America.

• Experience in remote people management.
