Manager, Senior Manager – Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of project delivery, managing all stages from planning to release and stabilization.

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Payments Operations teams to ensure effective execution.

• Oversee projects related to payment transaction flows, integrations, and processing platforms.

• Monitor delivery metrics, provide transparent status updates, and proactively escalate any issues.

• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and compliance standards.

• Lead delivery ceremonies and foster comprehensive documentation and operational readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience collaborating closely with engineering and QA teams.

• Proven experience managing projects that involve APIs, microservices, databases, and messaging systems.

• Track record of delivering high-volume transactional systems, ideally within Payments or financial services.

• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with the payments domain, including transaction lifecycles and system integrations.

• Working knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory standards pertinent to Payments.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and coordination abilities.
