Manager, Senior Manager – Analytics Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Engage in cutting-edge data science applications to address business challenges.

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to convert business issues into comprehensive analytics solution designs.

• Showcase analytical solutions to business audiences, emphasizing the robustness of the solutions and their potential to drive business value.

• Create end-to-end solutions through a thorough understanding of business challenges, ensuring that analytics solutions are delivered efficiently, predictably, and sustainably.

• Manage analytics projects while working closely with client stakeholders and Tiger’s globally distributed team.

• Take part in discussions with team members to identify and implement relevant analytical techniques, producing actionable business insights.

• Responsible for delivering presentations to senior management, conveying results to business teams, and formulating plans to operationalize the analytical solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 6 years in data analytics.

• Ability to engage with executive and VP-level stakeholders from the client side to translate business challenges into high-level analytics solutions.

• Strong grasp of statistical and machine learning algorithms.

• Excellent project management and team leadership skills, with the capability to collaborate with global teams.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with analytical tools such as R and Python, as well as visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data systems, including Hadoop HDFS and Hive, is advantageous.

• Ability to collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to integrate analytical outputs into business processes.

• Degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
