Manager – Sekundärtechnik

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management of tenders from transmission system operators (TSOs) in secondary technology for high-voltage substations.

• Oversight of the entire tendering process for secondary technology, including protection systems, substation automation (SAS), and communication technology.

• Coordination of engineering teams, internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout all phases of the proposal process.

• Preparation of complete tender documents, including Scope of Supply, Bill of Materials, and risk lists.

• Calculation of engineering, testing, and commissioning costs based on technical and commercial specifications.

• Act as a central interface between TSOs, sales, procurement, and technical departments.

• Analyze tender documents, identify risks, and define necessary clarification needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Solid experience in tender management or bid management, ideally in the field of secondary technology or energy infrastructure.

• Proficient in document management systems such as SharePoint, Confluence, or DOCUWARE.

• Communicate professionally via MS Teams, Outlook, and CRM systems like Salesforce.

• Familiar with VOB, ENTSO-E regulations, and specific tender requirements from TSOs.

• Technical understanding of protection technology, substation automation, and communication systems.

• Fluent in both German and English.
