This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Handling tenders from transmission system operators (TSOs) for secondary systems within high-voltage substations.
• Overseeing the complete tender management process for secondary systems, which encompasses protection, station automation (SAS), and communication technologies.
• Collaborating with engineering teams, internal specialized departments, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout all stages of the bidding process.
• Developing comprehensive tender documentation, including Scope of Supply, Bill of Materials, and risk registers.
• Estimating engineering, testing, and commissioning expenses based on both technical and commercial specifications.
• Acting as the primary liaison between TSOs, sales, procurement, and technical teams.
• Reviewing tender documents, pinpointing risks, and establishing necessary clarification needs.
• A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in tender or bid management, preferably within secondary systems or energy infrastructure.
• Proficient use of document management systems such as SharePoint, Confluence, or DOCUWARE.
• Excellent communication skills utilizing MS Teams, Outlook, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Knowledge of VOB, ENTSO‑E regulations, and specific tender criteria from transmission system operators (TSOs).
• Technical knowledge of protection systems, station automation, and communication systems.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
