This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Involvement in the assessment of promotional materials and projects related to Healthcare compliance.
• Oversight and management of Local and Global Promotional Materials & Compliance (PMC) as well as Healthcare compliance initiatives.
• Engaging communication with clients and Health Authorities.
• Accountable for the planning and execution of client projects.
• Coordination of project teams alongside colleagues and qualified external partners.
• Cultivation and maintenance of robust client relationships.
• Offering general guidance (consultancy) to colleagues and clients regarding PMC and Healthcare compliance.
• Delivering seminars and lectures for colleagues, clients, and professional audiences.
• Providing on-site support for PMC and Healthcare compliance to clients.
• Assisting with the implementation and optimization of BU strategy.
• Involvement in the review of promotional materials and Healthcare compliance projects to ensure compliance with global/local marketing regulations, covering medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements, and herbal products.
• Oversight and management of Local and Global Promotional Materials & Compliance (PMC) and Healthcare compliance projects.
• Engaging communication with clients and Health Authorities.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of client projects in alignment with KPIs.
• Coordination of project teams with colleagues and qualified external partners.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while actively seeking opportunities for enhanced service support to the Line Manager.
• Providing general guidance (consultancy) to colleagues and clients on PMC and Healthcare compliance.
• Developing and maintaining personal knowledge of PMC and Healthcare compliance intelligence, applying it to client projects, and actively sharing insights with colleagues.
• Delivering seminars and lectures for colleagues, clients, and professional audiences.
• Actively contributing to and sharing department-relevant expertise.
• Offering on-site PMC and Healthcare compliance support to clients.
• Assisting with the implementation and optimization of BU strategy.
• Adhering to, maintaining, and contributing to the optimization of internal processes.
• Supporting BU-led commercial, marketing, and business development activities, including input for proposals.
• Aiding the respective lead in ensuring budget delivery through accurate and timely reporting, and providing project insights to resolve invoicing queries.
