This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Work alongside business and digital team members, as well as cross-functional teams, to comprehend business needs and offer guidance on the effective use of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to design and implement solutions that utilize S/4HANA, improving our Source to Pay processes in line with the desired RTX operating model and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development of new and innovative solutions that support digital and business strategies, along with common design goals.
• Aid in evaluating options for bolt-on applications and provide recommendations based on functional requirements, the desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.
• Support the data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing procedures.
• Document standardized solutions, including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies.
• Provide functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows identified within the scope of the Source to Pay program.
• Mentor less experienced team members in specific areas of the Source to Pay business process hierarchy.
• Ensure that RTX is strategically positioned for future success across all functional areas of Source to Pay.
• Generally requires a University Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Source to Pay business processes and technical system knowledge across the following areas: Procurement (Product, non-product, and services).
• Accounts Payable expertise, including supplier invoice management and supplier disbursement processes.
• Familiarity with Vendor (supplier) Master Data.
• Experience in Sourcing and Supplier contract management.
• Knowledge of Supplier collaboration and performance management.
• Understanding of procurement and supply chain regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems, including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
