Manager, SAP HCM European Payroll Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Provide expert advice and support throughout the implementation phase, ensuring that technical activities are in line with best practices and meet client needs.

• Tailor SAP Payroll solutions according to customer specifications while adhering to Strada standards, and perform system testing to verify functionality and compliance with requirements.

• Manage priorities effectively to ensure adherence to established deadlines.

• Maintain open communication with both internal and external stakeholders and assist other team members as necessary.

• Monitor project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and the project team to guarantee timely delivery of milestones.

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within the specified project timelines.

• Assist in go-live activities to confirm the readiness of the payroll system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with the SAP HCM application.

• 2-3 successful implementations or support experiences in HCM.

• Extensive knowledge of payroll processes in European countries, particularly in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, with a proven history of delivering high-quality HR system implementations and configurations.

• Strong client orientation, responsibility for outcomes, and a clear dedication to team and project success, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Proficient in English, with German as a significant advantage, and possess excellent communication skills along with a client-focused, collaborative approach.
