Manager – SAP FICO S4 HANA Public Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design, configuration, and deployment of Finance solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

• Configure SAP FI and CO modules along with Finance processes in accordance with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core standards.

• Execute SAP Best Practice business content utilizing a fit-to-standard methodology.

• Collaborate with Central Business Configuration (CBC) for scoping and initial setup.

• Facilitate configuration via SSCUI.

• Manage Starter, Development, Test, and Production environments.

• Work alongside MM, SD, and PS/Professional Services teams for cross-functional integration.

• Ensure seamless integration with SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Provide support for APIs, IDocs, and event-driven integrations.

• Lead data migration efforts using the Migration Cockpit.

• Define and carry out unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and convert business needs into SAP-compliant solutions.

• Promote the use of standard processes instead of customizations.

• Plan and implement cutover activities.

• Support go-live and hypercare phases.

• Ensure reconciliation and validation of financial data.

• Engage with Finance leadership to provide solution demonstrations and walkthroughs.

• Coordinate activities with System Integrators and SAP.

• Identify opportunities for automation, such as bank reconciliation and allocations.

• Utilize Multi-Bank Connectivity, Group Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–15 years of relevant experience for the role.

• 8–12+ years in SAP FICO.

• A minimum of 2–3 S/4HANA implementations.

• At least 1–2 full-cycle S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.

• Experience with Central Business Configuration (CBC), SSCUI, and Fiori Apps.

• Strong understanding of the Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

• In-depth knowledge of Parallel Accounting.

• Familiarity with Revenue Recognition (RAR preferred).

• Experience in configuring FI and CO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing if applicable.

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.

• Knowledge of Clean Core and in-app extensibility using Key User tools.

• Experience with 2SL/3SL landscapes (Starter, Development, Test, Production).

• Understanding of integration with MM, SD, PS/Professional Services, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Experience supporting APIs, IDocs, and event-driven integrations.

• Experience with Migration Cockpit and financial data migration.

• Familiarity with unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Any Graduation/Post Graduation.
