This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of plan design and governance by spearheading strategy and quarterly updates for Sales Incentive Plans.
• Serve as a strategic collaborator with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR, and GTM leadership.
• Develop and present comprehensive models and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.
• Facilitate documentation and change management to ensure precise implementation of plans.
• Lead and mentor a Senior Commission Analyst to foster their professional development.
• Discover opportunities to automate and improve accuracy in sales compensation processes.
• Manage documentation and collaborate with internal teams regarding audits and control requirements.
• Over 6 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or People Analytics.
• Proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Exceptional communicator capable of simplifying complex data into clear recommendations.
• Adept at managing projects from inception to completion in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience in people management.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales compensation tools such as Salesforce or Anaplan.
• Knowledge of SaaS or recurring revenue models and pay-mix structures.
