This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the reporting infrastructure that sales leaders rely on to manage the business effectively.
• Extract insights from pipeline, forecasting, productivity, and revenue metrics.
• Facilitate the entire sales planning cycle, which includes capacity modeling, territory design, quota distribution, and development of go-to-market strategies.
• Lead the rhythm of forecasting operations.
• Utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance analysis, automate reporting, and uncover insights that would be challenging to generate manually.
• Convert ambiguous, high-priority requests from the sales organization into structured plans with defined deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations.
• 5–7 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar analytical role within a rapidly growing SaaS or technology firm.
• Equivalent experience in strategy consulting or investment banking with a focus on tech/SaaS is also acceptable.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of how a sales organization operates, including pipeline mechanics, forecasting methodologies, territory design, and essential go-to-market metrics that you can immediately engage with, rather than needing to learn on the job.
• Highly analytical with the ability to construct models, analyze data, and draw conclusions that withstand scrutiny.
• Proficient in using AI as a practical tool and capable of assessing when AI can expedite a workflow.
• Excellent communicator who can convey complex analyses into clear and concise narratives for senior leadership.
• Embrace a builder mindset and excel in uncertain situations.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and formula-driven analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, or proficiency in SQL is preferred.
