This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Predicting renewal and expansion rates for the current quarter and future quarters to present to upper management and the executive team on a weekly basis.
β’ Estimating new business opportunities within SMEs across the region.
β’ Collaborating with Sales Operations to refine the design, performance, and scalability of your team.
β’ Working alongside the business to discover opportunities for enhancing and optimizing Salesforce and other tools.
β’ Engaging closely with our core Sales Management and leaders within the Customer Success organization to pinpoint new business or upselling prospects.
β’ Conducting weekly internal and customer status meetings to identify, discuss, and address any risks associated with new business or customer renewals.
β’ Facilitating quarterly talent assessments and QBRs for your team.
β’ Participating in customer calls to assist representatives in closing business when higher-level involvement is required.
β’ Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our sales process, communication style, and approach, as well as guiding the development of our internal tools to promote efficient and effective work.
β’ A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing a team of multiple sales representatives concurrently, including both entry-level and senior roles.
β’ Demonstrated sales experience in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Renewals Manager, or similar positions.
β’ Proven success in exceeding expectations in terms of new business generation and customer expansion in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
β’ Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and the ability to explain how a developer tooling product fits within it.
β’ A history of identifying and implementing remediation plans when renewals are at risk.
β’ An understanding of people: what motivates them, their perceptions of us, and when they are most inclined to make a purchase.
β’ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for process improvement.
