This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive enablement strategy that supports the Commerce Platform sales team.
• Develop structured onboarding programs and establish certification frameworks.
• Enhance essential selling capabilities and oversee the integration of cross-functional initiatives within the field.
• Design curricula focused on product knowledge and competitive positioning frameworks.
• Collaborate with Commerce Platform Sales leadership, Product, Marketing, and Strategy & Operations to align initiatives with business outcomes.
• Construct dashboards and reporting systems to assess performance impact.
• Continuously improve programming based on feedback from the field and data trends.
• Over 7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a similar GTM role.
• Proficient in modern AI-driven sales and productivity tools.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing structured onboarding and ramp-up programs.
• Proven track record in building certification programs and skills-based enablement curricula.
• Extensive understanding of consultative sales processes.
• Highly analytical with experience in creating performance dashboards.
• Capable of influencing senior stakeholders within matrixed environments.
• Strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Familiar with CRM and sales engagement tools.
