This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead a regional account team to foster profitable revenue growth across the Americas.
• Recruit and mentor team members to optimize growth potential.
• Develop plans and strategies aimed at broadening the customer base.
• Enhance market share and formulate effective strategies for engaging key accounts.
• Oversee the team budget effectively.
• Collaborate and engage with company personnel at all levels.
• Communicate customer feedback and satisfaction effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the medical device industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience in customer and contract negotiations.
