Manager, Rx Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Take a leadership role in multiple teams for diagnosis, solution creation, product development, and fostering growth and innovation.

• Collaborate with crucial stakeholders, both within the organization and externally.

• Create narratives and accompanying presentations that effectively summarize work and provide recommendations for the management team.

• Formulate communication strategies for the field, which include best practices, coaching, training, and resolving issues.

• A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a retail or corporate setting.

• Proven track record of engaging and motivating teams to achieve both immediate objectives and long-term ambitions.

• Demonstrated ability to influence others without having formal authority.

• Skills in continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.

• Strong execution capabilities and professional maturity, evident through effective time management skills.
