This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and execute all aspects of audits for current clients.
• Conduct comprehensive Excel analyses during the audit process.
• Manage audit key performance indicators including timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at client and licensee locations.
• Prepare and review all deliverables for clients.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of client operations, technologies, and risks.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff at all levels.
• Recruit, nurture, and guide a skilled team of professionals.
• Build and sustain strong strategic partnerships with clients.
• Discover opportunities for new services and methodologies.
• Engage in sales efforts for royalty and license compliance projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in Professional Services.
• Preferred experience in third-party audits, including contract reviews.
• Strong references from current employers or clients.
• Solid foundation in auditing practices and/or data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and resolve issues with senior leadership.
• Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to adjust to various licensee conditions and cultural differences.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
