This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and cultivate a team comprising Analyst I, Analyst II, and Senior Analysts spanning the West, Central, East, and EMEA time zones.
• Create organized onboarding, skills enhancement, and performance feedback initiatives.
• Facilitate weekly one-on-one meetings centered on professional growth, workload management, and long-term career advancement.
• Take charge of performance management and calibration; ensure team members achieve workload objectives while safeguarding against burnout.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders regarding team deliverables, capacity, and escalation issues.
• Manage the complete RFP and security questionnaire process, with an emphasis on minimizing turnaround times and enhancing quality standards.
• Oversee the daily Salesforce (SFDC) Cases queue to maintain data integrity, assignment flow, and accurate reporting.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics on volume metrics and team productivity.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, RevOps, Proposal Management, or a similar operations role.
• At least 1 year of experience in a people management or formal team leader role, with a proven ability to develop early-career professionals.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-volume proposal operations within a dynamic SaaS or technology setting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for case management, data integrity, and reporting purposes.
• Practical experience with RFP automation software (e.g., Responsive).
• Familiarity with content management platforms such as Highspot, Guru, and/or Notion.
• Evidence of curiosity or hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., LLM-assisted drafting, workflow automation).
• Strong capability to analyze operational data and leverage metrics for efficiency enhancements.
