Manager, Revenue Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily revenue management support and strategic guidance to designated hotels to enhance market share and profitability.

• Utilize revenue management systems and reports, such as One Yield, MarketVision, and OnQ, to assess pricing, inventory, and demand trends.

• Analyze market data on a daily basis and relay updates to hotel leadership and sales teams.

• Prepare and uphold forecasting, budgeting, and pacing reports, presenting findings during revenue meetings.

• Monitor economic trends and airport traffic that affect hotel demand.

• Create displacement models for substantial group programs and advise hotels on e-commerce strategies.

• Evaluate booking data, brand promotions, and RFP processes to enhance sales opportunities.

• Track occupancy, ADR, REVPAR, and other essential performance metrics, providing corrective support for underperforming hotels.

• Assist with company meetings and training while maintaining relationships with hotel and corporate teams.

• Ensure precise revenue reporting, group data integrity, and updates to the special event calendar.

• Travel occasionally to hotel markets for relationship-building and market analysis.

• Motivate team members, support their growth, and lead with integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of direct experience in revenue management.

• Experience with Marriott revenue management.

• Capability to manage multiple hotel assets effectively.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Proficient in revenue management tools.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to hotel markets.

• Experience with Hilton is preferred.
