This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• This position acts as the strategic head for the Revenue Operations Training Center of Excellence, tasked with establishing enterprise learning standards, instructional design frameworks, measurement systems, training technology integration, and capability development strategies.
• Create and lead the ROPS Training CoE, forming an organization that consults with and supports lane-specific training teams to enhance effectiveness and achieve high performance.
• Develop foundational training programs for new employees, emphasizing essential DaVita and ROPS-specific systems and processes.
• Provide substantial design support and consultation for urgent lane-specific initiatives.
• Establish and uphold enterprise learning standards, development methodologies, and quality assurance frameworks throughout Revenue Operations.
• Offer expert consultation and coaching to lane-based training teams regarding instructional design, content creation, delivery methods, and learner assessment.
• Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with leaders of various ROPS lane-based training teams to comprehend their unique requirements and promote strategic alignment.
• Assess, implement, and enhance learning technologies that advance content development, delivery, knowledge management, and the learner experience.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in instructional design, development, and delivery is required.
• Experience in learning analytics, ROI evaluation methodologies, and designing capability assessments is necessary.
• Preferred experience includes piloting AI assistants or AI-supported curriculum design tools.
• At least three (3) years of Project Management experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, or developing other training professionals is essential.
• Proven ability to lead collaborative initiatives and foster strong partnerships and a consultative training model across a decentralized organization.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Suite applications are necessary.
• Intermediate proficiency in modern authoring tools and graphic design software (e.g., Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or similar programs) is preferred.
