This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Engine's Groups division operates as a unique business unit. The clientele includes event planners, executive assistants, travel managers, and procurement teams, each with varying urgency levels and approval workflows.
β’ You will be part of the Groups team, responsible for developing the systems, data infrastructure, and processes that enable the team to operate with accuracy.
β’ Take charge of the CRM setup and pipeline structure specifically for the Groups operations.
β’ Create and sustain the operational framework surrounding the RFP process.
β’ Develop a forecasting strategy that reflects the unique demand trends of the Groups sector.
β’ Manage key metrics post-contract, including room block attrition and revenue realization.
β’ Establish and uphold CRM standards for the Groups team.
β’ 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably with a background in supporting group sales, event-driven revenue, hospitality, or similarly complex and seasonal buying processes.
β’ Proficient hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred), including the creation of custom objects, stage logic, and reporting for non-standard sales workflows.
β’ Familiarity with RFP-based sales processes, room block management, or event-centric pipeline monitoring is a significant advantage.
β’ Proven capability to construct forecasting models that consider seasonality and non-linear deal progression.
β’ Strong analytical skills β you are adept at working with data and can transform a disorganized actualization report into a clear business insight.
