This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of sales processes, from opportunity generation to closure.
• Maintain the integrity of the sales pipeline and ensure precise opportunity information within Salesforce CRM.
• Analyze pipeline performance to pinpoint opportunities for boosting conversion rates, cycle time, and sales velocity.
• Facilitate sales forecasting processes by ensuring data accuracy and providing structured reporting.
• Aid operational processes throughout the post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to enhance customer health tracking, renewal transparency, and retention workflows.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey to enhance retention and expansion results.
• Assist in segmentation and lifecycle management to better align customer engagement strategies.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM, focusing on configuration, automation, and data integrity.
• Create and oversee dashboards that provide insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and customer lifecycle metrics.
• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology setting.
• Practical experience in supporting sales teams and/or customer success teams, particularly in pipeline management and post-sale processes.
• Familiarity with essential tools, including:
• - Salesforce CRM
• - Platforms such as Gong and Vitally
• Experience with pipeline data, forecasting assistance, and customer lifecycle reporting.
• Exposure to automation or AI-driven tools in revenue workflows or analysis.
