📋 Description

• Take ownership of the AI-driven revenue forecasting model, integrating pipeline, capacity, and enrollment data across all channels to effectively support the development team's goal-setting and performance assessment.

• Consolidate inputs from program, finance, partnerships, and development teams into executive-level projections and strategic materials for leadership decision-making.

• Track actuals against forecasts, promptly highlighting variances with clear, data-driven explanations and actionable recommendations.

• Maintain executive dashboards to offer leadership a real-time, transparent overview of overall revenue health.

• Assist the Managing Director with pricing and packaging analysis by performing data modeling and preparing critical materials for leadership and partner discussions.

• Act as the operational link between operations and finance, ensuring accurate modeling of all revenue sources in the forecast.

• Oversee compliance requirements for all revenue sources to guarantee adherence to all revenue-generating partnerships and funders.

• Track program completion rates against deliverables in philanthropic and corporate contracts, proactively flagging variances to protect relationships with funders and partners.

• Collaborate with the Learner Financing Specialist and finance team to consolidate financing data, compliance status, and learner outcomes into a unified view of revenue health.

• Manage daily governance of Salesforce as the system of record for partner pipeline and revenue, enforcing data entry standards beyond simple tool usage.

• Monitor funder/partner health indicators and identify at-risk relationships before they impact the forecast.

• Facilitate the grant renewal process by ensuring that renewal timelines, contract terms, and partner statuses are tracked accurately and proactively.

• Continuously enhance the CRM as a forecasting tool, identifying discrepancies between data insights and organizational knowledge to minimize hassle for the Development and Partnership Teams.

• Coordinate cross-functionally to validate learner volume and performance against program schedules and partnership commitments.

• Prepare regular revenue reports and forecasting summaries for direct sharing with the leadership team.

• Convert complex analytical findings into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related analytical field.

• Demonstrated success in leading the design of end-to-end forecasting models, independently building, stress-testing, and presenting multi-scenario revenue projections to senior and executive audiences.

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with a proven history of enforcing data governance standards across a team, rather than solely day-to-day usage.

• Ability to pinpoint gaps between the data and organizational knowledge, driving necessary changes to bridge those gaps.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, encompassing complex model architecture, alongside demonstrated AI competency—actively utilizing AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance analysis and automate reporting for improved agility.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven history of cross-functional collaboration—working across program, finance, or partnerships teams and maintaining complex coordination without extensive formal authority.

• Proactive communication style: naturally surface issues, flag risks, and provide updates without needing to be prompted.

• Capacity to manage multiple analytical workstreams concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Comfort in a role where certain systems are still being developed, viewing ambiguity as an opportunity to influence rather than a hurdle to endure.
