This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and oversee reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs that assess marketing effectiveness and revenue contributions.
• Evaluate campaign performance across both digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance ROI and conversion rates.
• Track and report on the performance of the marketing funnel, customer acquisition costs, lead quality, and revenue attribution.
• Create and maintain reports for executive-level insights on marketing impact.
• Perform ad hoc analyses that inform strategic decisions and reveal growth opportunities.
• Examine customer behavior, engagement patterns, purchasing trends, customer segments, personalization opportunities, and customer journeys.
• Assist in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue planning with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead the evaluation and measurement of A/B tests, personalization efforts, and digital optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Digital and Product teams to assess website performance and customer engagement strategies.
• Establish standards for testing methodologies and measurement.
• Work in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, eCommerce, and Finance teams to ensure analytics are aligned with business objectives.
• Convert complex analytical insights into actionable business recommendations and present findings to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing and revenue reporting.
• Enhance data accessibility, reporting capabilities, and measurement processes in collaboration with data and technology teams.
• Automate reporting using analytics and visualization tools.
• Maintain thorough documentation of essential metrics, reporting methodologies, and business definitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, revenue operations, or other related analytical positions.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards and reporting solutions using platforms such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of interpreting large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SQL or comparable data-querying tools.
• Understanding of marketing performance metrics, attribution models, and customer journey analytics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Preferred: experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: experience in supporting eCommerce, B2B marketing, or demand generation organizations.
• Preferred: knowledge of experimentation, statistical analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
• Preferred: experience in managing or mentoring analysts.
