Manager – Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage tasks related to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Accounts Receivable systems.

• Assist with Change Management, Access Management, and System Interfaces.

• Oversee medium- to long-term projects concerning Accounts Receivable systems throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle.

• Create business requirements and verify data flows.

• Supervise Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing processes.

• Mentor, guide, and develop team members engaged in Revenue Cycle systems improvement initiatives.

• Provide direction for work, facilitate cross-training, support performance reviews, and ensure accountability.

• Collaborate with business owners and IT partners to convert business requirements into IT tasks and projects.

• Ensure the successful implementation of new functionalities.

• Manage daily operational support while also focusing on long-term strategic projects across Revenue Cycle, Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in systems and/or operations.

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, including coaching, development, and project management.

• In-depth knowledge of systems support and application management.

• Practical understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.

• Project management expertise for medium- to long-term endeavors.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and root cause analysis abilities.

• Competence in evaluating data flows, identifying problems, and proposing effective solutions.

• Excellent relationship management skills with business owners, IT teams, vendors, and partners.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing team members.

• Capability to balance operational support with strategic projects.

• Ability to influence and collaborate with teams across Revenue Cycle, Operations, Finance, IT, and vendor/partner groups.

• Preferred understanding of Accounts Receivable, Revenue Cycle, or healthcare operations.

• Experience with both internally developed and vendor-supported systems is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Home Infusion, Specialty Pharmacy, or other healthcare operations is a plus.

• Experience managing and/or supporting Revenue Cycle operations is preferred.

• Previous experience working and leading in a remote environment is advantageous.
