This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinate and implement projects that enhance performance, elevate customer experience, and bolster Angi’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Operations, Strategy & Growth, Finance, Product, Engineering, Customer Care, and Analytics to address various partnership challenges.
• Extract insights and propose actions to ensure Angi maintains a premier service experience – a job well done – through our retail partners.
• Assist with key components of our Retail P&L by tracking performance, identifying trends, and presenting opportunities to senior leadership.
• Cultivate strong relationships with essential internal and external stakeholders and serve as a primary advocate for the growth and success of key retail accounts.
• Lead analyses that yield actionable insights to guide both partner and internal decisions, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement them.
• Manage projects from initial scoping to execution by aligning stakeholders, overseeing timelines, and ensuring measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to discover methods for driving continuous growth while enhancing the customer experience.
• Create clear and concise presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders; present these findings to key parties.
• Combine strategic insight with analytical skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in fields such as management consulting, investment banking, or within a rapidly growing tech/marketplace environment.
• Outstanding quantitative skills and analytical capabilities; extensive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and, preferably, SQL, with considerable experience in independently framing analyses.
• Proficient use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and accelerate productivity.
• Proven track record of converting data into strategic insights and actionable plans.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders across various levels.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a knack for establishing strong external partnerships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Innovative problem-solver with a proactive approach and enthusiasm for collaborative efforts.
• Strong attention to detail, with rigorous quality-assurance practices.
• Genuine interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces, and product-driven organizations.
• Openness to travel on a quarterly basis (when necessary/required).
