This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement projects that enhance performance, elevate customer experience, and advance Angi’s growth objectives.

• Collaborate across various departments including Operations, Strategy & Growth, Finance, Product, Engineering, Customer Care, and Analytics to address a range of partnership challenges.

• Extract insights and propose actions to ensure Angi maintains a top-tier service experience through our retail partners.

• Assist with key elements of our Retail P&L by monitoring performance, recognizing trends, and presenting opportunities to senior leadership.

• Cultivate strong relationships with essential internal and external stakeholders, serving as a primary advocate for the growth and success of significant retail accounts.

• Conduct analyses that yield actionable insights to inform partner and internal decisions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute them.

• Manage projects from initial scoping through to execution by aligning stakeholders, overseeing timelines, and guaranteeing measurable results.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to discover avenues for continuous growth while enhancing the customer experience.

• Create clear and concise presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders; present these findings to key stakeholders.

• Combine strategic insight with analytical capabilities to identify and act on growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, including management consulting, investment banking, or within a rapidly growing tech/marketplace setting.

• Outstanding quantitative skills and analytical ability; comprehensive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and preferably SQL, with significant experience in independently framing analyses.

• Active engagement with AI tools to enhance efficiency and expedite processes.

• Demonstrated capacity to convert data into strategic insights and actionable plans.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders across various levels.

• Proven leadership abilities and skill in fostering strong external partnerships.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides.

• Innovative problem-solver with a proactive approach and enthusiasm for teamwork.

• Strong attention to detail, with robust quality-assurance practices.

• Interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces, and product-oriented organizations.

• Willingness to travel quarterly as necessary.
