This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee and implement projects aimed at enhancing performance, elevating customer experience, and supporting Angi’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate across departments including Operations, Strategy & Growth, Finance, Product, Engineering, Customer Care, and Analytics to address a variety of partnership challenges.
• Extract insights and propose actions to ensure Angi consistently delivers an exceptional service experience through our retail partners.
• Assist in managing critical elements of our Retail P&L by monitoring performance, recognizing trends, and presenting opportunities to senior leadership.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and serve as a primary champion for the growth and success of essential retail accounts.
• Conduct analyses that reveal actionable insights to inform partner and internal decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement these insights.
• Manage projects from initial scoping to execution by aligning stakeholders, overseeing timelines, and ensuring measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to discover methods for driving continuous growth while enhancing the customer experience.
• Create clear and concise presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders; deliver these findings to key stakeholders.
• Combine strategic insight with analytical expertise to recognize and pursue growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in fields such as management consulting, investment banking, or a rapidly growing tech/marketplace environment.
• Outstanding quantitative skills and analytical aptitude; extensive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and, ideally, SQL, with considerable experience in independently framing analyses.
• Proficient use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to transform data into strategic insights and actionable plans.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders across various levels.
• Proven leadership qualities and the capability to establish strong external partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Innovative problem-solver with a proactive approach and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail, complemented by effective quality-assurance practices.
• Interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces, and product-oriented organizations.
• Willingness to travel quarterly (as needed/required).
