Manager – Reporting and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the development and implementation of the company's reporting and analytics within the Finance department.

• Supervise the generation of reports and spearhead predictive analytics initiatives.

• Make strategic decisions regarding report design, consolidation, and automation.

• Execute the vision for reporting and analytics in Finance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Lead the creation, upkeep, and enhancement of financial and operational reports.

• Create and apply predictive models to anticipate financial performance and recognize trends.

• Advocate for automation and self-service analytics to boost efficiency and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.

• 7 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or financial planning.

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

• Effective communication skills to inform leadership about progress and recommendations.

• Capability to successfully lead a small team of professionals.

• Extensive knowledge of financial reporting.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience with ERP systems and data warehouses (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Snowflake).
