Manager, Regulatory Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Direct a team of analysts to offer guidance and oversight on regulatory reporting obligations.

• Provide management, support, and hands-on assistance in identifying, implementing, and maintaining annual and quarterly regulatory filing obligations.

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards across all jurisdictions.

• Work collaboratively with staff to develop individual development plans.

• Deliver constructive feedback to employees through regular check-ins and performance evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• At least five years of experience in insurance compliance, particularly focused on surplus lines and admitted filings, is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience in people management is necessary.

• Relevant certifications (CPCU, AINS, ARC) are preferred.
