This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Supervise team members engaged in TMF-related tasks, which may involve document quality assessment and processing, TMF quality evaluations, and/or study-level collaboration to guarantee the filing of critical clinical study documents.

• Conduct assessments of the study TMF Plan and TMF Document Index to ensure staff activities align with study-specific requirements.

• Provide assistance in addressing any cross-functional inquiries pertaining to TMF management and alignment with documentation specific to the study.

• Ensure the effective execution of role-specific responsibilities and supervise the quality of TMF support offered by Document Specialists, Quality Review Specialists, and/or TMF Leads.

• Perform periodic and random quality and completeness evaluations of the work executed by team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent from an international institution).

• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the job requirements.

• Professional working proficiency in English.
