Manager, Real Estate & Housing Acquisition – all genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure potential partners within the housing sector in the German market.

• Offer customized advice to landlords, property owners, and property managers regarding corporate housing concepts while fostering long-lasting partnerships.

• Assist partners through phone, written communication, and virtual channels to ensure a professional and positive service experience.

• Articulate complex tax and financial topics related to housing in a clear and convincing manner.

• Actively participate in the continuous enhancement of services and processes in the field of housing acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in the German real estate sector, such as a broker, in property management, or in similar fields.

• Capability to communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively, including to diverse target audiences.

• Proficient use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications.

• Independent, organized, and responsible work approach.

• Exceptional German language proficiency and a communicative, charismatic personality.
