Manager, Provider Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Play an essential role in supporting patients, providers, and business operations at Oak Street Health.

• Oversee the recruitment efforts for providers within a specific OSH division.

• Supervise Associates and Specialists on the Provider Services team.

• Create and implement divisional and regional recruitment strategies.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives.

• Formulate and implement strategies for conferences and residency program partnerships.

• Assist in provider development and engagement programming.

• Work closely with Division Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents to assess and understand patient demand.

• Collaborate with operations, medical, and finance stakeholders to forecast supply and demand for provider hiring.

• Improve recruitment materials and sourcing techniques.

• Engage external recruitment firms as necessary.

• Lead the contracting and negotiation processes when hiring physicians and Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.

• At least 2–3 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, or equivalent; provider-specific experience is preferred.

• CPRP certification is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

• Knowledge of value-based care models is preferred.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus (Workday experience preferred).

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
