This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams.
• Identify and convert new medical practices into long-term referral partners.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of existing accounts, boosting referral volume and provider satisfaction.
• Implement strategic territory plans to achieve and surpass referral growth and provider retention objectives.
• Conduct in-office visits, practice presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop workflows, address obstacles, and ensure seamless referral processes.
• Keep precise and timely account activity records in CRM (HubSpot).
• Represent Talkiatry at industry events, community collaborations, and pertinent health system functions.
• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare or a related field such as sales, physician liaison, clinical outreach, or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed referral or sales growth targets.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience influencing clinicians, administrators, or healthcare stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing environment with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory approximately 75% of the time.
