This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete proposal management process for RFPs, RFIs, and permits across the Amer-APAC region, which includes initiating projects, developing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, drafting proposals, and ensuring final submissions.
• Evaluate procurement documents to pinpoint essential priorities, assessment criteria, eligibility standards, and competitive factors, transforming intricate requirements into practical proposal strategies. Collaborate closely with local operations, policy, finance, and various cross-functional teams across different countries and time zones to collect insights, align stakeholders, address issues, and create impactful offerings.
• Develop and enhance the internal proposal framework, including best practices, templates, toolkits, and content libraries, to boost efficiency, consistency, and scalability within the team. Drive ongoing improvements in the proposals function by managing long-term infrastructure initiatives such as best practices, templates, toolkits, and content libraries while discovering new methods to enhance the team's speed, precision, and scalability.
• Assist in strategic market development initiatives through occasional travel to key markets for pre-tender workshops, cross-functional meetings, and/or local planning sessions.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in proposal management, project management, or public procurement.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for creating compelling proposals and fostering alignment among diverse cross-functional teams and audiences.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting regulations, proposal documents, procurement materials, and/or city planning documents, and the capability to convert complex requirements into straightforward, actionable strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, possessing strong judgment and the capacity to manage multiple fast-paced priorities while delivering high-quality, error-free work under pressure.
• Adaptable, cooperative, and solutions-focused, with the ability to work effectively across regions, time zones, and various communication styles.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in public or private sector procurement is an advantage.
