This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture a team of financial analysts tasked with ensuring precise revenue recognition and conducting project margin analysis.

• Collaborate with service line leaders and the Enterprise Pricing Center of Excellence to track revenue patterns and assess project performance after pricing decisions.

• Identify repetitive, manual processes that can be automated to enhance operational efficiency.

• Spearhead the design and execution of automation solutions and analytics powered by artificial intelligence.

• Work alongside Technology and Operations teams to implement AI tools for forecasting and anomaly detection.

• Keep an eye on delivery performance trends and explore opportunities for margin optimization.

• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to establish frameworks for data governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related discipline is required.

• An MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimization, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing financial analytics or shared service teams.

• Familiarity with Workday/SAP and automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Alteryx.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel, data analytics, SQL, and Python.
