Manager – Project Financial Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate a team of financial analysts tasked with ensuring precise revenue recognition and project margin analysis.

• Collaborate with service line leaders and the Enterprise Pricing Center of Excellence to track revenue patterns, assess project performance after pricing, and guarantee that commercial terms are upheld through effective delivery management.

• Recognize repetitive, manual tasks that can be automated to enhance efficiency and data quality.

• Spearhead the design and execution of automation solutions, AI-driven analytics, and workflow enhancements.

• Work alongside Technology and Operations teams to implement AI tools aimed at forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive insights.

• Keep track of trends in delivery performance and identify opportunities for margin optimization.

• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to create data governance frameworks that ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimization, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.

• Experience in managing financial analytics or shared service teams that support U.S. or global business units.

• Familiarity with Workday/SAP and automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Alteryx.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and data analytics skills, SQL, and Python.

• Strong communication skills, capable of effective collaboration across different time zones and functions.

• Proven leadership abilities, analytical excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic global environment.
