This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Oversees a team of Program Performance Management Analysts.
• Delegates tasks based on individual skill sets and offers coaching and guidance in the use of earned value tools and methodologies.
• Directs program performance management initiatives across various programs, ensuring that cost, schedule, technical, and risk objectives align with contract stipulations and organizational goals.
• Manages the creation and upkeep of Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Estimates at Completion (EAC), performance indicators, and variance analyses to facilitate effective program execution and informed decision-making.
• Provides leadership for the implementation, compliance, reporting, and auditing of EVMS, while promoting consistency and integration between planning and execution processes.
• Collaborates with program managers, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), finance, contracts, and engineering groups to identify risks, address challenges, and execute corrective actions that enhance program performance.
• Develops and sustains program performance management processes, tools, dashboards, and governance, while spearheading continuous improvement in automation efforts.
• Acts as the subject matter expert in program performance management and scheduling practices, offering technical advice, mentoring, and development to analysts, and promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Prioritizes and allocates resources across programs and supports proposals and strategic initiatives to guarantee successful execution and achievement of business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Over 12 years of pertinent experience in a technical, business, military, professional, or U.S. government contractor setting.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience in leading program planning, scheduling, and EVMS activities within DoD programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficient in integrating schedule, cost, and manpower data.
• Experience in the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Familiarity with Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Assessments, and Corrective Actions.
• Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Project, SSI, Cobra, and Oracle.
