Manager, Program Management Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the endpoint services program portfolio, which encompasses data, endpoints, mobile, and print services.

• Convert enterprise and business strategies into well-defined, prioritized roadmaps with clear outcomes and success metrics.

• Oversee cross-program dependencies, risks, and trade-offs among various teams and workstreams.

• Deliver executive-ready reports highlighting progress, risks, financials, and outcomes.

• Guide delivery utilizing Agile and hybrid Agile/PMO methodologies, ensuring consistent execution across sprint-based teams.

• Collaborate with product owners and engineering leaders to plan and oversee: Sprint goals and backlogs, Program increments, and Release milestones.

• Ensure teams provide incremental value while preserving operational stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• At least 4 years of experience in leading technical teams within a dynamic and complex environment.

• Strong expertise in utilizing data and metrics to influence behavior, process, and priority decisions across the team and Information Services (IS).
