This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Software Implementation Consultants by providing performance management, guidance, recruitment, onboarding, career advancement, and operational leadership to ensure effective delivery and high employee engagement.
• Take ownership of consulting delivery performance by supervising customer engagements, ensuring quality execution throughout implementation phases, managing delivery risks, and assisting with customer escalations to achieve successful results and high satisfaction levels.
• Establish, track, and enhance operational performance through KPIs, OKRs, utilization management, capacity planning, forecasting, and ongoing evaluation of team performance against strategic goals.
• Propel process improvements, refine implementation methodologies, enhance governance, and promote best practices that boost efficiency, consistency, scalability, compliance, and customer experience.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Technical Services, Project Management, and Solution Design to support product adoption, strategic initiatives, customer growth opportunities, and excellence in delivery.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled opportunities within the consulting team's workflows—crafting straightforward business cases, ensuring adherence to PCC's AI governance guidelines, and promoting team adoption of AI tools to decrease cycle times and manual efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Professional Services, Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Consulting, Software Implementation, or similar customer-facing delivery roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in people leadership with proven success in managing, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience in managing intricate customer engagements, stakeholder relationships, risks, and escalations.
• Strong skills in project management, operational planning, prioritization, and organization.
• Proven ability to develop KPIs, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI or automation tools to enhance delivery efficiency, decision-making, or team operations.
