• Oversees the allocation of team members to implementation projects and ongoing support accounts.
• Manages the workload of each individual on the team.
• Engages and maintains communication during challenging client situations to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Responsible for achieving profitability and efficiency goals in client service delivery.
• Ensures that all team members accurately log hours worked in compliance with Origami's time entry policies.
• Guarantees that team members possess the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to fulfill their assigned tasks.
• Maintains service team assignments within Salesforce.
• Accountable for the ongoing integrity of data that informs service team metrics and senior management reports.
• Utilizes Origami standard configurations wherever feasible and adheres to established best practices and industry standards in designing, configuring, and consulting on solutions.
• Recognizes potential scope creep or out-of-scope tasks and escalates these issues to the Project Manager.
• Identifies potential opportunities for expanded sales and coordinates with the account management team to pursue them.
• Records hours worked in line with Origami's time entry policy.
• Facilitates the implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives throughout the year.
• Contributes innovative ideas for the continuous improvement and evolution of the service model.
• Identifies and organizes additional training opportunities for team members.
• Responsible for daily performance management of individual team members.
• Conducts performance evaluations for team members and oversees the performance review and compensation process.
• Provides coaching and guidance to each team member to ensure high productivity and quality of work.
• Serves as a mentor to less experienced colleagues at Origami.
• Assists with the training and onboarding of new Origami employees.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and SQL is preferred.
• Over 5 years of prior client-facing experience in a professional services setting.
• More than 2 years of leadership experience in a professional services context.
• Experience within the Insurance Claims, Billing, and Policy sectors or in RMIS, GRC, EHS, and/or Healthcare software industries.
