Manager, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and facilitate professional development opportunities for a geographically dispersed team of Professional Services and Solutions Engineering experts.

• Oversee the team using Scrum methodology.

• Develop strategies and plans to enhance service delivery adoption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, including Customer Success, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Leadership stakeholders.

• Propel product adoption and support customer retention and growth.

• Own and create intricate tools and solutions.

• Identify trends and analyze data to make informed decisions regarding tooling and process enhancements.

• Represent the Professional Services team in strategic discussions.

• Serve as a trusted technical liaison between JumpCloud and our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in programming, scripting, or professional services within a SaaS or IT setting.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience leading technical teams and managing engineering projects.

• Proven experience in managing software teams using Scrum or other Agile methodologies.

• Advanced skills in PowerShell and Bash scripting, along with experience in Python or other object-oriented programming languages.

• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AzureAD, and Okta.

• Advanced understanding of LDAP(S), RADIUS, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GWS, and experience in managing Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

• Knowledge of project management strategies and their implementation to ensure successful completion of technical deployment projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Availability to work from 1 PM to 10 PM Shift.
