Manager, Professional Coding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee, assist, track, and coordinate coding operations for professional services

• Foster a constructive and efficient work atmosphere

• Develop and uphold policies and procedures

• Serve as the lead for initiatives aimed at process enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED)

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred

• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in coding with a track record of increasing responsibilities is required

• Recent experience with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding is mandatory

• Preferred: 5+ years of coding leadership experience with progressive responsibilities

• Exceptional customer service abilities

• Professional demeanor and capacity to engage and connect with others

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
