This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assists the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
• Acts as a process leader who aligns the product portfolio and product owners with unified standards for data collection, analytics, information presentation for stakeholders, and product assessment.
• Supervises administrative teams responsible for collecting ongoing data and collaborating with stakeholders to assess necessary changes.
• Ensures that identified issues are prioritized within the overall product roadmap.
• Manages multiple products and competing priorities concurrently.
• Involves in creating repeatable and transparent processes for analysis, debriefing, and quality assurance systems that facilitate product design and delivery.
• Connects the operational and strategic aspects of the product portfolio, ensuring that member volunteers have visibility and active involvement in enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of four years of experience in event-related program development and execution, ideally within the non-profit sector.
• Experience in project management, including the organization of personnel and programs, as well as coordinating marketing efforts.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of data and/or process improvement initiatives.
• Capability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies and plans.
• Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written), along with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and adept at prioritizing in rapidly changing environments.
• Collaborative, positive, self-motivated, and experienced in working with multi-functional teams and volunteers.
• Well-honed analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Strong capacity to work effectively in teams and matrix organizations with a high degree of accountability.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including internationally.
