Manager, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap and its outcomes, ensuring measurable impacts on clinical quality, patient experience, and business performance.

• Monitor and analyze significant trends in value-based care, healthcare policy, and market dynamics to guide product prioritization and solutions.

• Lead stakeholder and user research by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions, pilot programs, and iterations.

• Define and oversee success metrics (including product, operational, and pilot KPIs) in collaboration with analytics and stakeholders, utilizing data to influence post-launch decisions.

• Make and articulate tradeoff decisions that balance user needs, business value, effort, and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with engineering to investigate solutions, participate in agile meetings, draft technical specifications, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Effectively communicate complex concepts, both in writing and verbally, to audiences spanning from care team staff to executive leadership.

• Mentor product managers, establishing standards for robust product craftsmanship, execution, and ownership across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in healthcare technology, strategy, or policy is highly advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel as required by business needs (approximately 10% of the time).
