Manager, Product Lifecycles – Health Plan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the product development team.

• Organize and manage product development initiatives within the department.

• Establish best practices to ensure that commercial products align with Sanford Health Plan strategies and membership objectives.

• Lead the analysis, creation, and oversight of both new and existing products and services.

• Engage in market research and analysis to assess customer preferences, industry benchmarks, and trends.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to assess, analyze, and adjust benefit designs, networks, and pricing to enhance product marketability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or healthcare administration is required.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least five years of experience in new product development or business management is necessary.

• Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous.
