Manager, Product Design – Client Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design the comprehensive client experience: Establish and implement design strategies throughout the entire client journey, along with the systems that support stylists.

• Enhance AI-driven experiences: Incorporate AI into primary journeys to facilitate more visual, tailored, and interactive experiences.

• Propel product advancement: Recognize and execute high-impact opportunities that enhance the experience, balancing essential improvements with innovative ideas and strategies.

• Lead and nurture the design team: Oversee and mentor designers, setting a high standard for craftsmanship, product insight, and execution.

• Influence cross-functional initiatives: Define priorities, align roadmaps, and drive execution in close collaboration with leaders from various functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have 8–12+ years of experience designing consumer products, including 2–4+ years in leadership roles.

• You possess substantial experience managing intricate, end-to-end product domains in consumer or marketplace settings.

• You exhibit strong product insight combined with exceptional design skills.

• You have the capability to establish direction in unclear, high-stakes problem areas.

• You have experience guiding teams while actively influencing work and results.

• You are an effective communicator with the ability to influence across various teams and organizational levels.

• You have experience implementing AI, ML, and personalization in product experiences.
