This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution and enhancement of customer engagement platforms

• Manage the product development workload, including the definition of new offerings and service specifications

• Collaborate with teams in product development, architecture, engineering, and IT

• Evaluate intricate business challenges and establish productized solutions

• Ensure that systems are scalable, performance-driven, and compliant


⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Contact Center Technology

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar

• Capability to oversee project progress and quality

• Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
