This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Networks, Rebates, Sales Operations, and Account Management to secure and retain clients by showcasing Maxor’s value proposition.
• Assist in the creation of PBM financial offerings, including pricing for retail networks, mail orders, specialty, formulary rebates, and ancillary prices.
• Provide assistance with all Requests for Proposal requirements and positioning.
• Develop financial models based on an understanding of customer needs, costs, and financial objectives.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and integrate insights into decision-making criteria.
• Leverage economic, financial, and industry data to accurately assess business strengths and weaknesses by channel, while identifying and acting on threats and opportunities.
• Aid in the development of financial models and present proposals in Executive Committee meetings.
• Implement the corporate contracting strategy as defined by established policies.
• Evaluate, manipulate, and derive relevant conclusions from market research, customer demands, and Maxor’s financial performance.
• Coordinate efforts to develop pricing strategies for external customers.
• Create financial pricing models that offer attractive deals to clients while ensuring Maxor’s ongoing financial viability.
• Collaborate with Account Management to analyze the performance of existing contracts.
• Ensure contract execution aligns with terms and monitor consistency across various customers.
• Present information in a clear and relevant manner to VytlOne executives, potential clients, and others.
• Keep staff informed about product upgrades or enhancements in a timely manner.
• Develop and mentor departmental staff by providing career guidance; motivate staff individually and as a team; promote diversity; and build an effective team.
• Support initial and annual performance evaluations.
• Foster teamwork; discipline staff when necessary.
• Swiftly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
• Adhere to VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Compliance Program.
• Maintain eligibility free from exclusion on the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
• Complete required training assignments within specified timeframes.
• Maintain consistent attendance in alignment with established policies.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related critical thinking field; advanced business degree (MBA) or CPA preferred.
• Experience in PBM or Health Plan environments.
• Proven track record in leading and managing critical strategic projects.
• Proficient in managing pricing processes that involve cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience interacting with various organizational levels, including leadership, peers, and junior team members.
• Skilled in developing financial models.
• Background in competitive analysis to gauge market positioning.
• Experience supporting business decisions with compelling business case presentations.
• Expertise in building models using Excel and other platforms.
• Experience creating presentations for business cases aimed at senior executives.
• Familiarity with statistical and/or predictive analysis.
• Experience working with multiple data sources.
