This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Direct and enhance the operations of the global pursuit desk and proposal management.
• Oversee the complete RFP, RFI, and RFx response workflows utilizing RFP SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic initiatives, opportunity assessment, and positioning.
• Facilitate contributions across various functions (Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success).
• Create and uphold standards for proposal governance, frameworks, and best practices.
• Assist in capture planning, develop win themes, and establish competitive advantages.
• Supervise proposal automation tools, knowledge management systems, and AI-driven response solutions.
• Enable scalable demonstration programs using platforms such as Consensus.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce (SFDC) for visibility into the pipeline and tracking of deals.
• Monitor and report on operational metrics, proposal performance, and pursuit effectiveness.
• Assist with ESG, security questionnaires, due diligence, and compliance documentation.
• Guide and develop team members in proposal and pursuit coordination.
• Over 10 years of experience in proposal management, pre-sales operations, pursuit management, solution consulting, or similar roles.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or technology sectors with intricate B2B sales cycles.
• Proven track record of managing systematic RFP/RFx programs with modern proposal tools.
• Experience collaborating with sales leadership on strategic enterprise transactions in SFDC-centric environments.
• Ability to convert technical capabilities into persuasive business outcomes and ROI stories.
• Background in designing scalable operational processes and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of proposal automation, AI tools, and knowledge management systems.
• Experience facilitating demonstration programs (e.g., Consensus or similar platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor proposal/pursuit teams.
