This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Drive essential VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement, increase market share, and boost net revenue while nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
β’ Contribute to initiatives focused on process and compliance that enhance operations, efficiency, and service, while providing coaching to elevate team performance.
β’ Collaborate closely with Analytics teams to oversee reinvestment programs, such as promotions and other reward incentives, by regularly reviewing reports and actual transactions.
β’ Support VIP leadership in the creation and execution of sales training programs.
β’ Engage in the escalation process by collaborating with clients and other DK departments to resolve client issues.
β’ Lead a high-performing team through effective coaching, actionable feedback, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing sectors.
β’ At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team through effective communication, coaching, and performance management.
β’ Strong knowledge of the product line with the capability to identify and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and revenue.
β’ Proven experience in coaching a team to provide quality customer experiences and maintain consistent sales techniques.
β’ Must be eligible to acquire and uphold necessary State Gaming Licenses.
